Delete your account
Royal Valet Parking
- Open the Royal Valet app and sign in with your mobile number.
- Go to Account → Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Can't use the app? Send us a deletion request on WhatsApp from the number on your account and we will delete it for you.
What we delete
Your name, mobile number, profile photo, birthday, saved cars and unused rewards.
What we keep
Only valet and payment records (plate, location, time, amount), because the law requires us to keep them. Car photos are deleted automatically after 30 days.
