What we collect

Your mobile number and name, your car details (plate, make, colour) if you add them, a profile photo if you upload one, your birthday if you set it, and your valet history (location, time, amount).

Car photos

We photograph your car at drop-off to protect you and us. Photos are deleted automatically after 30 days, unless a complaint is open on that car.

Why we use it

To return your car, send you request updates, track your points and tier, and give you free parkings and discounts.

Messages & notifications

We send your sign-in code and service messages by WhatsApp, and notifications inside the app. We never send marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the providers we need to run the service (hosting, WhatsApp, notifications), or with authorities when the law requires it.

Deleting your account

Delete your account in the app: Account → Delete account, or WhatsApp us. We erase your personal data and keep only the financial records the law requires.
